No, with your gate access code you will get access 24/7, 365 days a year to access your storage unit and/or open parking spot.
Yes, you can rent as many as you need. You will just have to fill out a rental agreement for each parking spot being rented.
Your rental agreement is month to month. You are welcome to stay as long as you need to. We do require a 2 week move-out notice when you plan to move out.
Yes, anything flammable, hazardous or toxic is prohibited. Liquids are also prohibited from being stored in the units. Also, we do not recommend storing collectibles, heirlooms or anything sentimental in your storage units.
Regarding parking spots, only items with wheels are allowed to be stored in the parking spot.
Yes, you will need to bring your own lock to secure your unit. We recommend using a disc lock.
No, at Lock & Leave Storage and RV we want the move in and move out process to go as smooth as possible. We ask that you leave your storage unit or parking spot clean and no trash when you leave.
Yes, we ask for 14 days notice.
